The Foundations Training follows a progression from nervous system fundamentals to applied facilitation.
1. Breath & Nervous System Foundations
Understand how breath interacts with regulation, safety, and nervous system state.
Participants learn:
nervous system state awareness and regulation
CO₂ tolerance and breath mechanics
when activation supports integration — and when it reinforces survival patterns
This establishes the physiological foundation for safe breathwork facilitation.
2. Applied Pranayama & Breathwork
Develop a direct, practical relationship with breath as a regulatory and integrative tool.
Participants learn:
core pranayama and breathwork techniques
safe breath-holds and energetic containment
adapting breath based on individual nervous system readiness
This builds technical confidence and precision.
3. Facilitation & Session Design
Learn to guide breathwork sessions safely and coherently.
Participants develop skill in:
structuring a complete session arc (orientation → practice → integration)
pacing, tone, and environmental safety
maintaining ethical scope of practice
This translates technical skill into facilitation competency.
4. Practice & Integration
This phase ensures the work becomes embodied, not just understood.
Participants will:
write and deliver guided breathwork scripts
facilitate sessions with structured feedback
refine presence, language, and nervous system attunement
Participants leave with a grounded facilitation framework and the ability to support integration safely.
