The training follows a progressive arc from nervous system foundations to applied facilitation and integration.
1. Breath & Nervous System Foundations
Learn how breath interacts with safety, regulation, and readiness, including:
nervous system state awareness and vagal tone
CO₂ tolerance, HRV, and breath mechanics
recognizing when activation supports integration — and when it doesn’t
2. Applied Pranayama & Breathwork
Develop a functional relationship with breath through:
core pranayama and breathwork techniques
safe breath-holds and energetic containment
adapting breath based on individual disposition and state
3. Facilitation & Session Design
Build the capacity to guide others safely and coherently:
structuring a session arc (orientation → practice → integration)
pacing, tone, music, and environment
contraindications, ethics, and scope of practice
4. Practice & Integration
Bring the work into embodiment through:
writing and delivering your own scripts
guided practice rounds with feedback
refining presence, language, and attunement
Throughout the training, participants learn to work with psycho-spiritual patterning — including chakra-based dynamics — so energy integrates rather than overwhelms, collapses, or suppresses.
Participants leave with solid technique and the capacity to support embodied change.
