Experience a free breathwork session designed to help insights turn into lasting change.
A 3-month live experiential training in breathwork, nervous system regulation, integration, and meditation for therapists, coaches, practitioners, and facilitators.
Rooted in pranayama, somatic awareness, contemplative practice, and modern nervous system science, the training teaches participants how to guide breath safely while supporting lasting integration beyond peak experiences alone.
Participants learn to:
regulate and work with nervous system states
facilitate breathwork safely and coherently
support emotional integration without overwhelm
develop embodied presence through direct practice
understand how breath influences awareness, regulation, and meditation
Many approaches address only part of the change process.
Talk therapy can create insight, but often leaves physiological patterning unchanged.
Breathwork can create powerful experiences, but without integration, those experiences often fade.
Spiritual frameworks can provide meaning, but sometimes overlook nervous system safety and embodiment.
The result is awareness without stabilization.
The Clear Path integrates change across three connected levels:
Physiological — breath, regulation, nervous system safety
Psychological — conditioning, meaning-making, emotional patterns
Psycho-spiritual — awareness, contemplative practice, energetic integration
This training focuses not only on activation, but on helping change actually hold.
Most people can recognize their patterns intellectually while still remaining stuck inside them.
That’s because the pattern is not held only in thought — it’s held in the nervous system and body as well.
Breath provides one of the few direct ways to influence that system safely.
As breathing patterns change:
the nervous system begins to settle
emotional reactivity softens
stored tension can begin to release
awareness becomes less reactive and more stable
Participants learn how to:
assess readiness before activation
guide breath safely without overwhelming the system
support integration after emotional release or insight
work with breath as both a regulatory and contemplative practice
The emphasis is not intensity alone.
It is embodiment, regulation, and continuity over time.
The Foundations Training is offered in two formats, depending on your level of readiness and the depth of mentorship desired.
Both pathways teach the same Clear Path Method and facilitation framework.

“Joe has a gift for connecting the ‘feeling and remembering’ body with the ‘thinking and knowing’ mind. His breathwork sessions were powerful, safe, and deeply integrative — expanding my confidence as a clinician and my capacity to guide clients without overwhelm.” -Denise, LMHC and Founder of Soulful Counseling
"Joe has such a warm and welcoming way of sharing what he knows. He is humble, dedicated to his craft of breath and of teaching. His lessons are clear, repeated enough to let the information sink in, and balanced with practical experiential learning. I'm SO glad I said yes to this training. I'm leaving with a very powerful set of tools to support my wellness and to guide my clients. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking to bring breath into their wellness practice." Wendy, Women's Somatic Coach
Most breathwork trainings emphasize activation, catharsis, or peak experience.
The Clear Path training emphasizes integration.
Rather than pushing energy or releasing emotion without structure, we focus on:
nervous system safety
breath as a regulator, not a stimulant
allowing energy to complete its movement without overwhelm or suppression
You don’t just learn how to guide breath patterns.
You learn how to read and regulate the system you’re working with — including your own.
This work is for therapists, coaches, and seekers who feel called to move beyond talk-based or performance-based methods. It’s for those ready to integrate somatic, spiritual, and energetic tools to support deeper healing and authentic expression — in their clients and themselves. Many therapists join when talk-based or mindset-based tools hit a limit.
Most breathwork trainings are delivered through pre-recorded modules.
This one isn’t — intentionally.
Breathwork can’t be learned safely or effectively through content alone.
It needs real-time pacing, regulation, and feedback so the work actually lands in the body.
Knowing what to do isn’t the same as knowing how to embody it — especially when working with the nervous system.
Because intensity isn’t transformation.
Without integration, the energy stirred in breathwork or medicine simply collapses into old patterns.
The Clear Path teaches you the map of chakra-based disintegration → reintegration, and how to move energy instead of suppressing it.
This is what makes transformation lasting.
The training is designed not only to teach breathwork facilitation, but to help practitioners understand how breath influences attention, regulation, and states of awareness over time.
As the nervous system settles through conscious breathing, the mind becomes less reactive and the body holds less tension. This creates the conditions for deeper stillness, presence, and integration.
Later stages of the training introduce energization and meditation practices influenced by the lineage of Paramhansa Yogananda, helping participants explore how breath and awareness work together — not just for peak experiences, but for sustainable practice and embodiment in daily life.
The emphasis is not on intensity alone, but on developing the capacity to regulate, observe, and remain present with greater consistency.
Both — and neither. It is a bridging discipline between psychology and mysticism. You’ll study the physiology of breath, polyvagal regulation, and trauma integration alongside the energetics of the chakras, karmic imprints, and devotion to higher consciousness. The training honors science and spirit as one continuum, guiding you to hold space for transformation that is not just emotional, but existential. This unified model helps you see exactly where clients get stuck (disintegration) and how to guide them into integration through breath and awareness.
Yes — graduates receive a Clear Path Breathwork Facilitator Certification. That said, it’s important to understand what “certified” truly means in this field.
Currently, there is no global accrediting body for breathwork, the way there is for therapy or yoga. Most reputable programs — including ours — are self-accredited, meaning the certification comes directly from the integrity, structure, and lineage of the school itself.
What makes The Clear Path different is that our certification isn’t about collecting credentials — it’s about embodiment. You’re not just learning to do breathwork; you’re learning to become the breath — to live and transmit it through your nervous system, your presence, and your work in the world.
Our framework is psycho-spiritual-somatic, rooted in physiology and energy. The certification simply honors the depth of that journey.
